Implants & wearables
Dream or Nightmare?
Creating interactive exhibits for Next Nature Museum, encouraging visitors to imagine and speculate about the future of implants and wearables.
Challenge Week 040
This November, the next generation of innovators and visionaries comes together for Challenge Week 040.
Students from Summa, Fontys, Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e), and European partner universities from the HEROES & EuroTeQ alliances will team up to tackle real-world challenges set by our stakeholders: Gemeente Eindhoven, Next Nature Museum, and Pluryn & Barry Emons. Together, they’ll bring diverse perspectives, push boundaries, and turn bold ideas into meaningful solutions.

Join us at the Challenge Week 040 Demo Market and discover what our student teams have created in just one week. Meet the teams, explore their prototypes, and get inspired by fresh ideas and new perspectives.
Curious to see what they’ve come up with? Sign up for the Demo Market on Friday 6 November 14:00.

Creating an engaging solution for Eindhoven residents, helping them understand local energy availability and adapt their energy use.

Creating active sensory experiences for people with complex support needs, supporting regulation, body awareness, and well-being.

Challenge Week 040 is founded by TU/e Innovation Space, Fontys Pulsed, and Summa Engineering. Students from these institutions join forces with students from across Europe to tackle real-world challenges for real clients.
We believe that every student can contribute to innovations that make the world a better place. By bringing different perspectives, skills, and experiences together, we create real impact. In our own region and beyond!
That’s the spirit behind Challenge Week 040!
